At Matthews Construction, we have the ability to work with landowners at all stages of their project. Below is an example of a recent private dwelling delivered by Matthews Construction. In this instance, we were approached by a private client who gave us their project brief. This detailed their preferred broad location, style of property, individual layout ideas and approximate budget. With this information, we identified a suitable site for the new home. Moreover, we were able to navigate their proposal through the planning system; thereby allowing us to start on site. As the photographs illustrate, this property is being delivered to an immaculate specification with stunning views over the River Severn and Worcester racecourse beyond.
